For customers who have a service history for their regularly maintained appliance or is less than 5 years old.

​

On an annual service visit, we will begin by setting up our work area. We will shut down the appliance and ensure it is safe to work. We will visually inspect the installation and proceed to gain access into the appliance for servicing. We will check and (if required) remove and clean the condensate trap assembly of your boiler. We will drain the boiler and recharge the internal expansion vessel to its manufacturer set pressure point. We will check the water quality and if required, take and record a water sample for manufacturers warranty purposes. We will inspect the condition of seals and gaskets, as well as functional internal components of the boiler and advise of any potential or existing issues. On reassembly of the boiler, we will then carry out a gas pressure test, a combustion test and a flue integrity check. The readings will be recorded on your certificate and If necessary in your servicing manual. Finally, we will check the operation of safety devices and controls to ensure they are operating correctly. We will leave the work area tidy and complete any necessary paperwork.
