For customers who have no service history and the appliance is over 5 years old.

We aim to carry out our servicing work to the highest standards. A major service includes all the checks from an Annual Service visit aswell as a full strip down and clean of the main combustion engine in your boiler. We will renew the main combustion seal with a genuine manufacturers part. This work is usually mandatory after 5 years (depending on the manufacturer recommended interval) and if there is no record of it having been done in the last 5 years, we would recommend a major service. We will test your boilers emissions and gas consumption rate to ensure it is working efficiently. We will always follow the latest safety guidance in accordance with the industry standards.
